WE HELP LEADERS INNOVATE
CREATE A CULTURE OF INNOVATION – BY INVITING CHANGE RATHER THAN IMPOSING IT.
Change is hard…
but it doesn’t have to be painful.
If you’re anything like most of the clients I work with, creating a culture that supports innovation is one of the hardest jobs that you have as a leader.
If we’re being honest, we can admit that most attempts at legal innovation fail—not because the ideas aren’t good, but because it’s too easy to focus on the content without attending to the process.
Innovation isn’t about technology. It’s about people. It is about sitting with uncertainty even when all we want is to be certain that something will work.
That’s hard. I get it.
But it doesn’t have to be complex.
I’ve spent years supporting leaders’ ambitious efforts to create innovative cultures. Leaders who succeed, I’ve learned, do so because they don’t just think about the content.
They also have a model for change.
That’s what I want to share with you today.
I’ve written up a practical guide to help legal innovation.
